Roma, la mia città!!!

Sabato scorso questa città, bella sempre e comunque nonostante la pioggia, proprio come canta Venditti, ha accolto un mega raduno di foodbloggers: Le Bloggalline!!!
Quanto tempo è passato dall’ultimo raduno di foodblogger a Roma ? Avevo appena aperto il mio blog quando partecipai a questo raduno qui.
Ma sabato eravamo tantissime, provenienti da tutta Italia, risate, abbracci qualche lacrima alla fine, tutte qui insieme unite dal food!!
Cosa riesce a fare la passione comune per qualcosa è incredibile. Ho partecipato a tanti eventi ma i raduni di foodbloggers sono delle feste troppo particolari, le emozioni si esprimono con gli abbracci, le risate si mischiano alle parole attraverso gli sguardi immortalati dalle foto delle reflex. 
Ho ritrovato amiche di Roma e altre che leggo giornalmente o che loro leggono il mio blog, peccato per il tempo tiranno per non aver avuto modo di scambiare due parole con tutte.

E allora lascio parlare le foto scattate durante l’evento da Antonello Corsi (io avevo lasciato la reflex a casa!!)

Il tutto si è svolto nella splendida cornice del Ristorante Aroma all’ultimo piano di Palazzo Manfredi, una location già di mia conoscenza. Un luogo incantevole, una delle più belle terrazze della capitale con una vista spettacolare ed unica sul Colosseo (le foto iniziali sono state scattate da qui), sulla Domus Aurea e su Colle Oppio.

Il fotografo che fotografa me mentre fotografo con l’Iphone tutto il buffet che lo Chef Executive del Ristorante Aroma, Giuseppe di Iorio, ha preparato per noi bloggalline.

Un ottimo risotto agli spinaci e zeste di arancia con fiori eduli

il Buffet dei dolci 

 Ed ecco il piatto signature dello Chef Giuseppe di Iorio, “Cappellotti di Panzanella e Baccalà alla Romana su coulis di pachino confit e basilico”: una rivisitazione della Panzanella, una ricetta della tradizione romana!
Mi ricordo ancora quando a casa mia mia madre ci preparava la Panzanella per merenda…altri tempi, altri cibi…

Ora care gallinelle, e non, ringrazio Vaty (una creatura dolcissima e delicata) e Monica (la mia socia in GDF) per l’organizzazione ma anche tutte le altre che hanno permesso ciò e  vi lascio con una delle poesie di in dialetto romanesco di Aldo Fabrizi sulla panzanella:

“E che ce vo’
pe’ fa’ la Panzanella?
Nun è ch’er condimento sia un segreto,
oppure è stabbilito da un decreto,
però la qualità dev’esse quella.
In primise: acqua fresca de cannella,
in secondise: ojo d’uliveto,
e come terzo: quer di-vino aceto
che fa’ venì la febbre magnarella.
Pagnotta paesana un po’ intostata,
cotta all’antica,co’ la crosta scura,
bagnata fino a che nun s’è ammollata.
In più, per un boccone da signori,
