E’ con grande piacere che io e Ambra annunciamo che il vincitore della prima fase del nostro contest istriano è…
Motivazione: “Ramona è riuscita ad interpretare lo spezzatino istriano, Zgvaget in modo davvero sorprendente ed originale, ha fatto di un piatto semplice e legato alla tradizione una pietanza sofisticata e perfettamente presentata senza tuttavia uscire dal tema e centrando in pieno l’obiettivo del contest“.
Naturalmente a Ramona vanno tutti i nostri complimenti e il premio offerto dall’Ente Turismo Istria: una selezione di eccellenti prodotti istriani (Ramona, mandaci per mail i riferimenti per l’invio del premio!).
Ma non finisce qui, come sapete, alla fine delle due fasi del contest, sarà decretato un vincitore supremo che si aggiudicherà un soggiorno in Istria.
Questa volta sarà proprio l’ Ente Turismo Istria a decidere tra una rosa di finalisti…e allora, siamo felicissime di comunicarvi che insieme allo Zgvacet di Farina, lievito e fantasia andranno in finale le seguenti ricette (1 per ricetta):
Bene!!! Alle finaliste non resta che sperare nel giudizio finale e intanto partecipare alla seconda fase del contest: l’Istria blu…fatelo tutti avrete più opportunità di vincere il fantastico week end messo in palio dall’Ente Turismo Istria!!!
